Cancellation policy of Lion Air

If you have a flight booking with Lion Air and due to the unforeseen circumstances you have to cancel the flight, you don’t need to worry about it. As Lion Air cancellation policy allows you to cancel the flight at least 48 hours prior to the flight departure time.

If you are about to cancel the flight, be aware of the cancellation policy of Lion Air to avoid unwanted charges given below:

Ø If you cancel the flight booking within 24 hours of the booking time and there are at least 7 days in flight departure when you booked the flight, you will get the full refund of the ticket.

Ø If you are cancelling the flight out of 24 hours of the flight booking time, there will be a cancellation fee applied.

Ø If you are cancelling the flight within the 7 days of the flight departure there will be a cancellation fee applied.

Ø You are not allowed to cancel the flight within the 48 hours of the flight departure time there will be no refund in case of a no-show by the passenger.

If you have cancelled the flight you can request for the refund at the same counter where you purchased the ticket. The refund will be processed within the 14 working days in the original form of payment.
